78 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for the Environment when funding will be supplied to Westmeath County Council for the Kilbeggan fire station; the amount of money which will be allocated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22365/96]

Additional information recently submitted by Westmeath County Council in relation to this project is under consideration in my Department. The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
