185 Dr. Woods asked the Minister for the Environment if he has approved the proposals for phase two of the Baldoyle flood relief scheme, which were submitted by Fingal County Council; if not, when he will give his approval for these plans; when work will commence in view of the urgency of these works; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A preliminary report on phase two of the Baldoyle flood relief scheme is currently under examination in my Department. The advancement of this scheme will be considered in the context of the 1997 water and sewerage services capital programme.
