233 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a transfer order lodged in the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [22657/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealings refers to a transfer order under housing Acts which was lodged on 25 October 1996. It is expected that this dealing will be completed within two weeks.
