112 Mr. M. McDowell asked the Minister for the Environment when the provision of section 77 of the Roads Act, 1993, relating to noise pollution, will be implemented; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23004/96]

I have no proposals at this stage to make regulations under section 77 of the Roads Act, 1993, but the matter will be kept under review.
