92 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Marine if Greencastle Golf Club, Greencastle, County Donegal, has supplied him with details of its development at Greencastle; if this development or any part of it encroaches on State-owned foreshore; and the action, if any, he intends to take in respect of this development. My Department has some details of the development at Greencastle golf club. However, further details have been sought in order to establish if any of it encroaches on State owned foreshore.
On receipt of the details sought I will consider the options available to me under the Foreshore Acts to deal with the matter in the public interest and I will inform the Deputy of the outcome.
