Question:

72 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health if he will have investigations made into the claims of the family of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 that she sustained serious injury while in a hospital (details supplied) and that in spite of repeated efforts by her family to have the matter examined, their claims were dismissed by the hospital authorities; if he will further investigate the serious issues raised in the enclosed correspondence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
