Limerick East): The property refered to by the Deputy, which is owned by the Eastern Health Board, is located at 7 Marine Villas, Grangegorman, Dublin 7, and was formally in use as a staff residence for the St. Brendan's Hospital service. I am informed by the board that it does not have any plans to sell the property.
