Question:

79 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Finance the total amount of national lottery moneys received to date by his Department; if he will give details of the allocation of such moneys to projects; if there are any commitments in regard to future disbursement of such funds; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24468/96]

I take it that the Deputy is referring to national lottery moneys spent by my Department.

Two areas have been funded in this way — Gaeleagras na Seirbhíse Poiblí, Irish language training for public servants — and the Irish Institute of European Affairs.
