142 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health if he will instruct the Western Health Board to increase the level of home help hours for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that correspondence to the health board dated 10 December 1996 was not replied to and the level of dependency for this person is high.
