Question:

149 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Health the number of deaths from tuberculosis over the past ten years in the North-Western Health Board area and in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal; if he will give a breakdown of such tuberculosis deaths as between males and females; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1109/97]

Limerick East): The numbers of tuberculosis deaths over the past ten years, by sex and area of residence, for each county in the North-Western Health Board area are set out in the following table. The latest year for which such data is available is 1995.
