300 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Environment the total revenue generated by local authorities in 1996 under the development levy system; if his attention has been drawn to concerns regarding this system; and if he will give a breakdown of revenue generated by each local authority. My Department's Planning Statistics 1995, of which a copy is available in the Oireachtas Library, gives details of development contributions received in each county and county borough for 1995. Data for 1996 are not yet available.
