410 Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the alleged deliberate fire at St. Oliver's Community Centre, Clonmel, County Tipperary; if any person or persons have been charged with this offence; and the action, if any, which has been taken in this regard. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the matter raised is currently under investigation. Six persons were arrested in relation to the incident and a file is being prepared for submission to the DPP.
