412 Mr. Davern asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the burning of six cars in an estate in Clonmel town, County Tipperary; if any persons have been charged with such offences; the action, if any, being taken in this regard; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the matter raised is currently under investigation. Six persons have been interviewed in relation to the incident and a file is being prepared for submission to the DPP.
