Question:426 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice if she will expedite a land registry application by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1256/97]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Register of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for full transfer which was lodged on 29 October 1996 and is associated with dealing P6035/96 which refers to a transfer of part lodged on 26 August 1996. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 4 December 1996 to which replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged, but, on receipt of satisfactory replies, I can confirm that the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry.
