The file in this matter has been passed to the State Solicitor for County Mayo, and I understand that the case to seek enforcement of the Employment Appeals Tribunal determination will be heard at the sittings of Ballina Circuit Court which begin on 19 March 1997.
The employment rights section of my Department will keep the person concerned informed of all developments in the case.
