Limerick East): I propose to take Questions Nos. 45 to 47, inclusive, together.

The following data has been complied from returns received from each health board whose nurses are covered under the local government superannuation scheme. Additional information in relation to nurses employed in the voluntary hospital sector has been compiled in relation to the voluntary hospital superannuation scheme administered by my Department.

Regarding the first of these questions, given psychiatric nurses option to retire as early as 55, we have provided data in relation to general nurses only. The remaining questions refer to data for nurses in all services unless otherwise stated.
