141 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for the Marine if his attention has been drawn to any documentary evidence that Dublin Port and Docks Board was a full guarantor for all liabilities of Dublin Cargo Handling Limited; if so, the reason the 218 former employees of Dublin Cargo Handling Limited are not in receipt of their full entitlements such as pensions and wages; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have no role or jurisdiction in this matter. This is essentially an operational matter for Dublin Port and Docks Board.

I understand that Dublin Cargo Handling Limited is currently in liquidation under a court appointed liquidator.

The liabilities of Dublin Cargo Handling Limitedare being addressed by the liquidator and the High Court.
