121 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Health his views on the recent comments by the IHCA general secretary in connection with the proposals to restructure the Eastern Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4176/97]
, Limerick East): The task force which will oversee the implementation of my proposals for the establishment of a new Eastern Regional Health Authority has noted the comments made by the Irish Hospital Consultants Association (IHCA). The task force will be consulting with all interested parties, including the IHCA, in due course.
