Question:104 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for the Environment the reason his Department has failed to progress the provision of a sewerage scheme for Lurganboy, County Leitrim, in view of the fact that he stated in reply to Parliamentary Question No. 129 of 27 February 1996 that the contract documents were with his Department.
