74 Mr. Nolan asked the Minister for Justice the amount of revenue which has been received by her Department from video importers, manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers under the Video Recordings Act, 1989, in the year 1 January 1996 to 31 December 1996. [5463/97]

However, I can inform the Deputy that revenue amounting to £408,700 was received under the Video Recordings Act, 1989 in the year 1 January 1996 to 31 December 1996 as follows: licences (wholesalers, retailers and distributors), £211,500; supply certificates (distributors), £187,500; labels (wholesalers, retailers and distributors), £9,700.
