That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Finance Act 1994 (Section 32) (Exemption of Certain Non-Commercial State-sponsored Bodies from Certain Tax Provisions) Order 1997,
a copy of which Order was laid before the House on 5th February, 1997.
