Question:253 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork received only 50 per cent of his CAP grant under the forestry scheme. [6834/97]

On the basis of the information supplied by the applicant, payment was made at the non-farmer rate under the CAP premium scheme on 24 September last. There is no change in the position as set out in the replies to similar questions on 20 November 1996 and 23 January 1997.
