166 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a deed relating to lands acquired from the Land Commission in County Wexford will be furnished to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7101/97]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates)

The land in question was vested by Fiat of the Land Commission dated 7 October 1988. The documentation required to effect registration was subsequently sent to Land Registry on 10 June 1990.

Accordingly this matter is now proper to the Land Registry.
