Question:45 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for Finance if he will ensure that all necessary steps involving the Office of Public Works will be taken as quickly as possible to complete a divesting without further delay in relation to the involvement by the Office of Public Works in the process of divesting of approximately one quarter of an acre of land owned by the St. Lawrence O'Toole Diocesan Trust, Kingswood, Tallaght, Dublin 24, to Kingswood Community and Leisure Centre Limited to enable a community centre to be built to meet the needs of the local community; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
