55 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will request the relevant health board to review the case of persons (details supplied) in County Westmeath whose application for fostering has been greatly delayed; if his attention has been drawn to the serious background to this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
