201 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Environment the persons appointed by him or by the Ministers of State at his Department as programme managers, advisers, assistants or back-up staff, either in his Department or in constituency offices; the annual remuneration paid to these staff; the names of individuals, groups or companies which have undertaken or have been approved to undertake full-time, part-time or casual consultancies, reviews, examinations, analyses or any public relations service on his behalf or on behalf of the Ministers of State at his Department; and the full costs in respect of these to his Department. The reply to Question No. 113 of 19 December 1996 sets out details of the appointments and annual salary, increased by 1 per cent from 1 January 1997, of persons appointed by me and the Minister of State, Deputy McManus, to our respective offices. Replies to Questions Nos. 114 and 115 of 5 March 1997 give the details requested of consultancies, reviews, examinations and analyses carried out for my Department.
