I move:
That, in respect of the Second Report of the sub-Committee of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges on Reform of Dáil Procedure (T. 294) dated 19th March, 1997, and with immediate effect—
(a) the amendments and additions to the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to Public Business recommended in Appendix 1 to the Report be adopted; and
(b) the draft scheme for financial assistance for Private Members' Bills, set out in Appendix 2 to the Report, be adopted.
