213 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Environment the number of personnel working in his office on a non-established basis; and the number of such personnel who have unlimited use of mobile telephones which are charged to or reimbursed by his Department. [8283/97]

There are four non-established personnel in my office, three of whom have been issued with mobile phones for official use.
