302 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Education the finance, if any, she will make available to ensure that building works commence at Kilmurray National School, County Clare, in 1997; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [8370/97]
At present, I am not in a position to sanction grant aid towards building works at Kilmurry National School, County Clare. All available funds are committed on existing capital projects and on grants already sanctioned. I will however be keeping expenditure on the primary building programme under review during the year. The needs of Kilmurray will receive consideration at the earliest opportunity.
