322 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, further to her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 203 on 19 March 1997, if it is normal practice for the owners of unmanned videoed petrol pumps to furnish the Garda with lists of car registration numbers whose owners fail to pay for petrol; and if it is normal practice for the Garda to call to the homes of the persons concerned. I refer the Deputy to my answer to his question on 19 March 1997 and suggest, again, that if he has information about a particular complaint and if he supplies the details, I will ask the Garda authorities for a report on it.
