399 Mr. Hughes asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the provision, if any, he is making to pay compensation to the 300 farmers not involved in the recent High Court case in relation to milk quotas which was taken by approximately 100 farmers. [8322/97]

The case referred to relates to a number of named producers and is still subject to further litigation in the High Court. No provision otherwise has been made in this respect.
