Question:429 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Marine when an application for a sea fishing boat licence will be approved for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo. [8104/97]
Written Answers. - Sea Fishing Boat Licence.
Approval of the licence application in question, together with all other applications meeting the eligibility criteria for licensing under the special scheme for the registration of previously unregistered fishing vessels, will be finalised as soon as formal approval by the EU Commission to the scheme is forthcoming which is expected shortly.
