159 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Education the amount of funding for national school building projects which has not yet been allocated for work on specific schools; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [8586/97]
I have authorised the tender process in respect of 27 national school projects based on cost plans for those projects. I expect that the tender process on these projects will be completed in about one month and I will then be able to assess whether funding is available to release other projects.
