229 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the total cost of the report on the forestry sector prepared by a company (details supplied) and if he will publish the report as promised in reply to Parliamentary Questions on 20 June 1995. [8607/97]
The total cost of the report prepared by Jaakko Poyry and Deloitte and Touche to assist me in the preparation of the Strategic Plan for the Development of the Forestry Sector in Ireland was £205,831.
The intention to publish related not to the consultants' report but to the strategic plan. It was published in July 1996.
