Credit Union Bill, 1996: Motion.

I move:

THAT for the purposes of any Act of the present session to make new provision in relation to credit unions and for connected purposes, it is expedient to authorise, under section 101 (1), fees to be paid—

(1) for the inspection, or for the furnishing of copies, of any document in the custody of the Registrar of Friendly Societies,

(2) for the placing of any document on the public file of a credit union, and

(3) in connection with the exercise by the Registrar of Friendly Societies of any of his functions under this Act.
