141 Mr. Lenihan asked the Minister for the Environment the proposals, if any, he has to exercise the powers conferred under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963, to alter the development plan adopted by Dublin County Council in relation to lands at Laraghcon, Lucan, in the Liffey Valley; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As there is at present before Fingal County Council an application for planning permission in relation to proposed development in the Laraghcon area, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the matter at this stage.
