104 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a REP scheme payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [9436/97]
A check has been carried out on the applicant's agri-environmental plan. All of the lands held by the applicant are subject to turbary rights which are reserved to others and these lands are not eligible for inclusion in the scheme. Accordingly, the applicant is not entitled to any payments under the scheme and her participation is being terminated.
Reimbursement of all moneys paid is being sought from the applicant.
