Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will amend the statutory guidelines for certification to include a clause requiring adequate insurance on the part of any film production company, to ensure that people offering as extras are adequately insured in case of injury in view of the improved incentives for the film industry and the possibility of a movie (details supplied) being filmed in Ireland.
