I understand that a créche currently in operation in St. Patrick's College, Drumcondra, is considered to adequately cater for the children of staff and students. Since September 1966 the créche has, I understand, been operated on a co-operative basis by students. This arrangement is due to cease on June 30, and the college is currently negotiating with an outside organisation with a view to the operation of the créche from September, 1997.
