128 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education whether the concerns in relation to the roof safety, toilet provision, security aspects and office space of a school (details supplied) in County Donegal will be resolved within the current refurbishment contract; and if she will make a statement on the matter. At present a major refurbishment project comprising an extension and renovations is nearing completion at the school referred to by the Deputy. The provision of office space at the junior school building has been catered for in this contract. My Department is aware of the remaining items referred to by the Deputy. These will not be included in the current contract but will be considered in the context of future capital allocations.
