Written Answers. - Television Deflector Systems.
As the Deputy knows, television deflector systems are not licensed and, accordingly, my Department would not have any detailed information about their operations. Because such systems do not employ any means of limiting reception of their services to paying customers, it is impossible to estimate the number of homes in receipt of their television signals.
