I move:
That it is expedient to make provision allowing for the making of regulations by the Minister for Enterprise and Employment prescribing the fees or the manner of calculating the fees to be paid in respect of any licence governing the production, use, acquisition or possession of a listed toxic chemical or precursor, under any Act of the present session to implement the convention on the prohibition of the development, production, stockpiling and use of chemical weapons and on their destruction, and to provide for related matters.
