232 Mr. Reynolds asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a supplementary payment of £661 due for 1995 under the REP scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Longford, who lives in a national heritage area. [11342/97]
Payment of £645.61 (661.2 ECUs) will issue to the person concerned this week.
233 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if full 1995 and 1996 REP scheme payments have been made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11343/97]
The full REPS payment for 1995 issued to the applicant in March 1995. His second year application was subject to a compliance check and resulted in certain problems being uncovered. The Department is writing to the applicant and his planner this week requesting that the agri-environmental plan be revised. Assuming that the plan is revised satisfactorily payment for 1996 will issue as soon as possible thereafter.
234 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the balance of depopulation grants will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11344/97]
Reactor grant in respect of animals removed on 26 February 1997 and 12 March 1997 will be processed for payment as soon as a tax clearance certificate is received from the person in question. Payment in respect of 22 reactors disclosed in a herd test on 26 March 1997 will be processed as soon as all the relevant documentation from the person in question is received in the district veterinary office.
