38 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding the completion of the remedial works to the remaining houses in Cox's Demesne, Dundalk, County Louth; and if he will make a statement on the matter, particularly dealing with when these works will be completed. [11205/97]

I am informed by the Commissioners of Public Works that they are not involved in any works in Cox's Demesne, Dundalk.It would appear that the Deputy's Question might be more appropriately addressed to Dundalk Urban District Council.
