Vol. 478 No. 4

Written Answers. - Sea Wall Embankment Repairs.

Tony Killeen

Question:

45 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Finance when the sea wall embankment at the western shore of Clonderlaw Bay, County Clare will be repaired in view of serious damage to property in the area; and the allocation in this regard for 1997. [11469/97]

The Commissioners of Public Works are not responsible for the maintenance of the embankment at the western shore of Clonderlaw Bay, County Clare. Accordingly, there is no provision in the Vote for that Office to fund maintenance repair works at this embankment.
