I move:
That in the Act giving effect to this Resolution provision be made for declaring, in accordance with the provisions of that Act, that in place of paragraph 3 (inserted by the Finance Act, 1984) of the Second Schedule to the Capital Acquisitions Tax Act, 1976, a new version thereof, as set out in the Act giving effect to this Resolution shall have effect and shall be deemed always to have had effect.
