Deputy Batt O'Keeffe was given permission to raise a matter at this time. However, I have received notice from the Deputy that, due to circumstances beyond his control, he will not be present and, accordingly, he has withdrawn the matter. Furthermore, Deputies Joe Walsh, Power and Andrews were also given permission to raise a matter on tonight's Adjournment debate and they have also given me notice of their intention to withdraw the matter raised. There are, therefore, only two matters for consideration on the Adjournment debate.
