Arramara Teo. and the Salmon Research Agency are private companies to which the Minister for the Marine appoints directors-members. The Minister appoints three directors to the board of Arramara Teo.; the remaining two directors are appointed by the Nutra Sweet Kelco Company. In the case of the Salmon Research Agency the Minister appoints six of the nine members of its committee of management and the six members then elect a further three.
