Question:

75 Mr. Morley asked the Minister for Health the amount of national lottery funding which has been allocated for 1997 to each health board; and when the boards will be notified. [11786/97]

Limerick East): The letter of determination for 1997, which was issued to health boards on 23 December 1996, included allocations of £1.532 million from national lottery funds in respect of the respite care grant scheme and the scheme of grants to voluntary organisations. In addition, the national lottery block allocation of £1.85 million was notified recently to health boards.

The amount allocated to each board in respect of these schemes of grants is as follows:
