117 Miss Harney asked the Minister for the Environment if he has examined an application from Mayo County Council, submitted to his Department in 1992, for an extension to the Erris regional water scheme from Emlybeg to Elly Bay to meet the needs of people who have no running water; and when he will make a decision on the application.
